.Panggung Bandaraya is located right in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, at the corner of JALAN TUN PERAK and JALAN RAJA and is attached to the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate and Session Court Building. Situated diagonally across Merdeka Square and the Royal Selangor Club, the 1896 Moorish Building which houses the theatre is literally right in the heart of the city's history.
